General Overview
At Nirbhay Global Trading Company, we are committed to delivering premium agricultural commodities and eco-friendly products efficiently and safely. Due to the diverse nature of our product portfolio ranging from dry grains to perishable fruits our shipping policy is strictly categorized to ensure product integrity.
We offer shipping services for both International (Export) and Domestic (Pan-India) orders.
Order Processing Time
- In-Stock Items (Dry Goods): Processed within 2-4 business days. This includes spices, pulses, rice, flour, agarbatti, salt, and dinnerware.
- Perishables (Fresh Fruits/Veg): Processed within 3-5 days of harvest or sourcing to ensure freshness. Dispatch is coordinated immediately with air cargo or reefer transport schedules.
- Bulk/Wholesale Orders: Lead times for large export containers (FCL) will be confirmed at the time of the Proforma Invoice, typically ranging from 10-15 business days for consolidation, packaging, and customs clearance.
International Shipping Policy (Export)
We ship globally to the North America, South America, Europe, West Asia, SouthEast Asia, oceania and Africa.
3.1 Modes of Transport
- Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Ideal for bulk rice, flour, and dry spices.
- Air Freight: Mandatory for high-value perishables (vegetables, flowers).
- Reefer Containers: Required for temperature-sensitive goods like coconuts.
3.2 Incoterms (Terms of Trade)
We operate under ICC Incoterms® 2020. Responsibilities are defined as follows:

3.3 Customs and Duties
- Export Clearance (India): Nirbhay Global Trading Company handles all documentation, customs clearance, and port handling charges in India.
- Import Duties (Destination): All import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs fees at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer/Importer.

4.2 Shipping Costs (FOR)
For bulk domestic orders, we operate on Free on Road (FOR) terms. Transport costs can be negotiated as:
- To Pay: Consignee pays transporter upon delivery.
- Paid: Shipping charges added to the commercial invoice.

Packaging, Documentation & Claims
6.1 Packaging Standards
All goods are packed according to international export standards to withstand rough handling during transit.
- Palletization:We use fumigated, ISPM-15 compliant wooden or plastic pallets.
- Labeling:All cartons are labeled with Product Name, Batch No., Net/Gross Weight, Country of Origin, and Handling Marks (e.g., "Fragile", "Keep Dry").
6.2 Documentation Provided
- Commercial Invoice & Packing List
- Bill of Lading (BL) / Airway Bill (AWB)
- Certificate of Origin
- Phytosanitary Certificate (Mandatory for Agri)
- Fumigation Certificate
- SGS Quality/Inspection Certificate (if requested)
6.3 Claims Protocol
If goods arrive damaged:
- Immediate Notice: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Evidence: Provide high-resolution photos/videos of the damaged packaging and goods, along with the landing report from the carrier.
- Resolution: Insurance claim assistance or credit note (if packing negligence).
- Force Majeure: Nirbhay Global Trading Company is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, port strikes, war, or customs holds at the destination.
